Family-owned Copper Rivet Distillery, located in Chatham, produces vodka, gin, and whisky from grain sourced within 20 miles on Kent farms. The distillers brew and distill those grains on-site, embodying a true farm-to-glass philosophy. Visitors can tour the historic Victorian Pump House No. 5, where guides detail the distilling process, culminating in a tasting of their crafted spirits and a complimentary drink in The Pumproom cocktail bar and restaurant. Tours and dinner reservations are recommended, with an hour's gap between the two.
